For many of our members, competition is a large part of their FBLA/DECA Experience. Each member has the opportunity to participate in both FBLA and DECA -- two national organizations that we combine into one club. Through regional, state, and national competitions, members gain not only knowledge in the business fields of their event, but confidence in their speaking and personal presentation skills. Competing in both FBLA and DECA allows members to receive indepth, specialized knowledge in a field of their interest as well as communication skills to enhance their interactions in said field. |
DECA CompetitionEach DECA Competitor competes in events in one of 4 Career Clusters: Finance, Hospitality & Tourism, Marketing, and Business Management & Administration. All competitors are required to participate in two role plays and a cluster test. For more information on DECA and our 2018 Competitors, see "DECA Competition"

FBLA CompetitionEach FBLA Competitor competes in a topic of their choosing through either a test, presentation, speech, interview, role play or project. Members also have the opportunity to work as individuals or in a team event. For more information on FBLA and our 2018 Competitors, see "FBLA Competition"
